No coolers are allowed inside the Waterpark. No outside food or drink is permitted. All personal tumblers, bottles and/or cups must be empty before being brought into the park. We have complimentary water coolers available at concessions on both ends of the park to fill your cup with water. We understand that there are medical exceptions that need to be considered. Point Mallard Management will be more than happy to assist you in these situations.

Point Mallard Park does not offer refunds. If lightning is detected in the area, we will close all pools and surrounding pool decks for the safety of our guests and staff. We do not offer refunds, so please check the weather forecast before visiting the Waterpark. We do offer a weather discount pass (conditions do apply). Yes, lifejackets, vests and puddle jumpers are allowed in the pools. They ARE NOT allowed on the High Dive Boards, Platforms, Pro Bowl and Speed Slides. Floats with leg holes (baby floats) are ONLY allowed in the shallow end of the Olympic Pool.

You can wear goggles that cover your eyes only. Swim masks and goggles with nose pieces are not allowed. This is for your safety.

You sure can! We also have floats you can rent for $5 for the day. Float Rental stations are located on both ends of the park. The Lazy River, Sky Pond and 3 Flume Slides each have a limited number of complimentary floats available on a first come first serve basis. No boogie boards or wake boards are allowed. Baby floats or any float with leg holes are NOT allowed in the Wave Pool or Lazy River. No oversized floats or rafts. These rules are in place for the safety of our guests.

Height requirements for the Sky Pond and 3 Flume Slides is 42" tall. The Pro Bowl requires a minimum of 48" and you must know how to swim.

Point Mallard Park is a family-friendly park. No thongs or inappropriate swimwear. Additionally, T-shirts (including swim shirts) are not allowed on the Pro Bowl and Speed Slides. This is for our guest’s safety. No cut offs or clothing with metal zippers or grommets, rivets or other accessories are permitted in the pools or on slides to protect patrons from injury as well as protecting our pools and slides from damage.

Lockers are available on both end of the Waterpark. Rental fee is $8 per day.

Re-entry is allowed through either of the gates at the Waterpark. You must have a secured armband in order to re-enter.
