Point Mallard Aquatic Center is a Secured Area. Anyone entering the gate will have their bags and property searched for prohibited items.
At Point Mallard, your SAFETY is our #1 priority! That’s why we perform mandatory bag checks at our front gates!
By ensuring no prohibited items—like glass, weapons, or alcohol—enter the park, we keep the environment fun and family-friendly for everyone. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to keep our patrons and employees safe!
Swimwear Standards: Guests are encouraged to wear swimsuits and trunks instead of denim or cut-offs. Denim becomes heavy when wet and can damage the water slides.
Family Environment: The park requires family-friendly swimsuits and prohibits thongs or inappropriate swimwear to maintain our status as a family-friendly destination.
Pool Hygiene: Swim diapers are REQUIRED for little ones, while standard diapers are not allowed in the water.
Footwear & Safety: While water shoes are favored, street shoes and heels are not allowed in order to keep the pool decks clean and guests' feet safe.

At Point Mallard, we pride ourselves on being a premier destination for families to create lifelong memories. To ensure a comfortable and inclusive environment for guests of all ages, we kindly require modest, family-oriented swimwear throughout the park.
NO coolers (of ANY kind) are allowed inside the Waterpark.
NO outside food or drink is permitted.
ALL personal tumblers, bottles and/or cups must be empty OR contain ONLY ice before being brought into the park. We have complimentary water coolers available at concessions on both ends of the park to fill your cup with water!
We understand that there are medical exceptions that need to be considered. Point Mallard Management will be more than happy to assist you in these situations!

NO Smoking, Vaping, Chewing Tobacco or any other Tobacco Products. We have designated smoking areas outside the Waterpark gates, so please no smoking inside the Waterpark!
NO Illegal Drugs or Substances.
NO Weapons, (including but not limited to Guns, Knives or any other Sharp Objects) Fireworks or Explosives.
Before you load up the car, CHECK YOUR GEAR!
Personal Speakers: We LOVE to DJ! Let us handle the tunes! And YOU enjoy the park’s music and the sound of the waves! NO personal stereos allowed.
Wheels: Bare feet and flip-flops are favored modes of transportation! To keep our walkways safe for everyone, please leave the wheels at home. NO scooters, skateboards, or 'Heelys' (shoes with wheels).
Drones: Help us keep our skies clear and our guests' privacy protected! The only things we want to see soaring are the gulls and the occasional paper plane, so please keep the drones at home. NO Drones Allowed.
Pets: We LOVE furry friends, but they aren't allowed in the park! Dogs will have their day to SPLASH and PLAY at our Pooch Party! Service Animals are always welcome!
Point Mallard Park Management reserves the right to restrict ANY items deemed dangerous to ensure everyone’s safety! To keep things running smoothly, our managers have the 'thumbs up' or 'thumbs down' on all gear coming through the gates—they're the pros at deciding what's a 'go' for a GREAT day!

NO Outside Food/Drink: No snacks or sodas (except baby food in non-glass jars).
NO Glass: For the safety of barefoot guests, glass is NEVER allowed.
NO Tobacco/Vapes: We are a 100% smoke-free and tobacco-free park.
NO Speakers: Help us keep the park peaceful—no personal audio devices.
Medical Needs? Just ask for a Manager at the gate for assistance with medical exceptions!
